Domino's Pizza

SECOND issue with them! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. A few months ago we had an issue where we ordered and paid and about 2 hrs of waiting they said they never got an order and hung up on me 2 times. Well last night, we ordered a pizza on line for carry out. They had about 45 minutes until closing... as we were pulling in the parking lot there was two guys there, one outside smoking and the other one turned the "open" sign off and said they weren't currently doing take out orders. Then I called and asked for carry out and he said 1.5 he wait so I asked why since we just pulled up and no one was in the parking lot and what does he do HANGS UP ON ME. last issue the manager called me and apologized... seems to me nothing has changed. WORST DOMINOS!!! DO NOT GO!!!

Prompt. Order on app. Very easy, especially when you save a previous order. Good customer service. 95% of the time the order is correct.

The pizza was fantastic, the employees was amazing and the delivery boy/manager made my day

BEFORE... I moved into this service area a few months ago and have ordered from this store several times. The service is always great and the delivery drivers are excellent. Highly recommended!! That was my first review...NOW... slow delivery, full of excuses... Manager on duty on 7-8-16 at 1:00 PM claimed he tried to call me but did not... Pizza tracker marked my delivery as complete 20 minutes before driver ever showed up. The manager explained that he "ACCIDENTALLY checked her back in" I sent her back with my order and expect a full refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza online with no garlic crust and I called to have another pizza added with no garlic crust! I trusted they had it right but when I got home my other pizza had garlic crust! Being the nice person that I am,I called and told them the issue,the guy doubted me and tried to talk down on me! He finally said he will redo the pizza but after his attitude, I said forget it! South church is wayyyyy better, North church.will NOT.get any More of my money! Just sad

food was not fresh at all. it got cold really fast. and your options were limited. and when i went for ice cream there was only one bowl but it was only 4 to 5 people in the entire restaraunt eating

Good food!! Better if you could add extra ingredients on the pasta bowls. That would be awesome.

Called on 7/14/17 guy answers phone says can you hold please.i said yes.i hang up after 9.mins when they never came back to phone.called back lady answers .I tell her i was on hold and no one came back to phone she says.well what did you want.asked her what manger was their she says david Holt..well David you need to. run this place a little more professional.

It took over an hour to get my food then I just checked my food my food is lukewarm

I've ordered pizza here 3 times (online) and each time they do not add the parmesan cheese or crush red peppers to my order (even though I request it). I ask for plates and they always say that they do not have any. This last time I ordered bread bites with marinara sauce and they did not put any sauce, cheese, or crushed red peppers in our box. I am disappointed. I know sometimes the store can get busy but if I put these items in my order I expect them to be there.

This the second time they have gotten my order wrong ordering from the dominos app. I have written a review through app hoping they will contact me back to fix the issue, but I have not received a call. When you pick up the order always make sure to look at the pizza before you leave.

Very slow and poor cleanliness. The guy wiped his nose before picking up my food definitely not coming back.

Call to order pizza at about 9:45 pm on Thursday and yhe person that get my call ask me ..pick up or delivery? I say delivery and says. oh! We close for delivery. Pick up only . Went to the store and the employee open the door and ask me if i was gonna pick up and i say i want to order something. He says they are close. It was right before 10:00 pm he brings the manager . There is a sticker sign on the glass door that says they close at 12:00pm. Beside manager being rude

We order from this location a couple of times a month. Without fail, the food is delivered hot and fresh, the order is correct, and the delivery driver exceeds expectations every single time for promptness and courtesy.

Okay. First off, Im a food supervisor at a university which requires me to go above and beyond as my job is 100% harder than anything and I mean anything going on in the kitchen at dominos. This comment is a second to the man wiping his forehead before touching the dough, no one washing their hands, no posted health score and the girl showing me her tattoos put her shoe on the counter to show me her leg tattoo. Cross contamination exists. And everyone using fowl language knowingly in front of customers??..I wish there were negative stars, I cant even begin..I fired every single person there but a delivery driver and another hourly that started my order. My god. Have some respect, common sense and SANITATION, your job is not that hard.

People there are awesome including two reps in particular Andrea and another girl there by the name of isy both are funny and always happy to greet customers

Customer Service has always been awful here. I live close to this location, but avoid it because of inconsistency. Gave it another shot after about 6 months and still horrible customer service.Food has always been accurate and great though

Tried this location for the first time today despite negative reviews. They were accurate. Food is good, customer service is terrible and stingy with parmesan cheese... would not return to this location.

Very slow called n a pick up order it took 45 min when i got the food the wings were ordered to be with light sauce they where not and then the pizza was ordered as a ham and pepperoni even said on the box it was instead a pepperoni and sausage and was cold i travel a lot for work this was definitely the worst dominos iv ever been to never again

The girl on the phone was rude. Told me they didn't deliver to me. Called another dominos and they said she did deliver to me. Went and picked up an order and the manager apologized for her and gave my 3 large pizza order to me free. She never even asked my name. Had the wrong name and i had to give them my number to get my order. The manager was great. I tried to pay and he wouldnt allow me. Phone girl bad, staff good

Have had food delivered and pickup. Everything I have eaten is delicious! Service is excellent.

They said it would take 10 minutes to make my cinnamon sticks and I had been sitting in the Parking lot of dominos for 25+ minutes never go here

Terrible. Guy wiped his forehead before putting his hand on the dough, no one in there used any gloves or even washed their hands before touching the pizza dough or toppings EVEN after touching the phone. No sanitation score up and now can see why.

We normally never have an issue with this location.on March 21st 2019 at 10:00pm I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with chicken, pepperoni, sausage and onions. Instead they gave us handtossed with just pepperoni. My fiance went to pick it up and when he brought it home they had left off all the toppings.

Took almost 2 hoirs to recieve some pasta, cheese bread and a Cesar salad which came with ranch! When i called i was told just dont eat it. This place is garbage all around.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese and he put cheese on it. Did get another one for replacement but it was his attitude that wasn't professional.

I've ordered from this location on multiple occasions, but the last time I ordered we got 3 pizzas. One wasn't cut at all and our specialty pizza didn't have the right toppings on it. Granit, they said that they would send out a new pizza, but I had to save my pizza and give it back to them. So I waited another 40 mins for a pizza, while I had to sit and watch the rest of my family eat.. I thanked them for the new pizza, but why take the other one back? arent you going to just throw it away? lol... The driver was awesome too...

Called to get delivery for lunch for employees at 11:30 was told they couldn't because they didn't delivery on my rd. I am not even a block from main rd they do deliver to. I am a new business manager and often buy lunch for all my employees. Pizza is the preferred meal because it's quick and easy. My problem is when I told him I had called before and they agreed to deliver because of how close to the main rd I was, he then got an attitude and said "well maybe for dinner but NOT lunch." That doesn't make since. If you deliver here then you deliver here when ever an order is placed. A sale is a sale!! Sorry to say you just lost a repeat customer atleast once a week of a big order. Guess your business chain is big enough for that not to matter.

The food is good. But if the online ordering makes a mistake and you call the restaurant to fix it, they tell you it's already in the oven, ( this is as soon as you hang up the phone) , nobody is that fast, especially this restaurant. They always come up with an excuse for not fixing your orginial order. They say you have to keep the mistake , whatever it is. That isn't very polite to customers that order from this particular restaurant all the time. Most of the time at least 3 to 3 times a week. They need to make some changes.

Worst pizza I've ever had! Asked for thin crust. Didn't know u could make crust thinner than paper. Tasted terrible!Driver very nice.Delivery charge is ridiculous. Drivers get less because of it. Wouldn't deliver for company that does that. Funny, these places didn't do that for years. Why now? Oh, to make more money?My last order from Dominos.

20 dollars for one medium size pizza you've lost your mind

Employees need to work on there customer service skills. I called to ask would the driver have change for a 100, they guy I spoke with was very rude and rushed me off the phone saying yeah he’ll have change. Then needless to say the driver came and didn’t have change. Pizza was good but customer service could’ve been better. The deliverer was also very polite and patient as we gather change from around the house lol

If I could I would give them negative stars. This store is sorry at best. They are unable to make correct orders when ordered online. When you call the store the one that answers the phone is very rude and will not let you finish talking before they cut you off with a sorry excuse. Their app tells me to enjoy my pizza that hasn't even been delivered (yet it shows up 30mins after the app tells me I have already had it delivered.) The delivery drivers have pulled into my driveway and sat there for more than 10 minutes before getting out of the car. There as only been one driver that has came to my house that hasn't reeked of weed or body odor. This has not been a one time problem this has happened numerous times. This is very poor customer service!!!!!
